The effect of powdered flakes happened millions of years ago, when water and minerals got into it by ways of pressure and heat.
When the temperature decreased, the tiny crystals were formed.
No two are alike, each drusy, is a miracle of nature and differ in color and texture.
Some might have speckles of different minerals.
